Would call this a hidden gem!! A beautiful cafe situated within the peaceful area of Bagayam in Vellore. The place has intercontinental dishes including sushis, woof fired pizzas, baos and ramen. We tried their Chicken suruttu, which is chicken sausage rolled in pancake with added sauces. As mentioned, it gave a mixture of spicy, sour and sweet taste, surprising me a lot. I also tried their Kombucha Mojito, which was rich in flavour. I loved it a lot. Finally we ended up with their “No oil, Only Boil’ Bamboo prawn Biryani, which was very different and unique. It takes some time to prepare. So give yourself enough time for dine in. A must try place, if you are an explorer of intercontinental food!!

Pros 1. Quiet different from the usual restaurants 2. Passionate Cook 3. Cordial service Cons Nitpicking Every order will consume a little more time than usual. Probably due to in-house prep of all the food stuff or the parallel parcel service.

I thought to edit my “old” review just to ask Mr. Paul, when is it opening again???? We are missing so much the out-of-the-box freshness of Paul Town Cafe Bistro in the world full of stereotypes!!! Please do update.
